Hot use

You can heat the pillow in the microwave or a conventional oven by placing it in a suitable dish.

Microwave 600–800W – 30 seconds

Microwave 850–1000W – 15 seconds

Conventional oven 80°C – 5 minutes

Cold use

Place the cushion in a plastic bag or an airtight container (to protect it from moisture) and leave it in the freezer for 2 hours.
